This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Marietta, PA. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting budgetary processes, analyzing financial data, managing payroll and tax filings, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient financial management within the organization.

• Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
• Strong skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
• Experience with budget management and financial data analysis
• Knowledge of payroll processing and tax filings
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience as an accountant or in a similar role
