Salary Range: $49,999.00 To $50,000.00 Annually
Position SummarySCP Limited is seeking an Financial Analyst to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting or finance career who is looking to gain hands‑on experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month‑end close processes in a collaborative, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
This position provides meaningful exposure to core accounting functions and offers opportunities for professional growth over time. SCP Limited also offers tuition reimbursement to support continued education and career development.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Support- Assist the Controller and accounting team with month‑end close activities and audit support
- Perform cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare and organize accounting documentation and financial records
- Pull, review, and prepare invoices for payment processing
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) inboxes and route inquiries appropriately
- Assist with preparing payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and other electronic payments
- Prepare and submit bank‑related documentation and required forms
- Support the accounting team with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal accounting procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Internship, coursework, or prior experience in accounting, AP/AR, or finance support roles
- Interest in continuing education and professional growth in accounting or finance
- Stable manufacturing environment with hands‑on accounting exposure
