Accounting Specialist

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support core financial operations across multiple entities. This role offers a mix of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and month‑end responsibilities within a fast‑paced environment.

$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable for multiple locations
• Assist with Accounts Receivable
  , including invoice preparation and posting
• Process domestic and international payments (check, ACH, wire)
• Reconcile AP, AR, and cash accounts monthly
• Prepare journal entries related to payables, receivables, and cash activity
• Support month‑end close and quarterly financial reviews
• Assist with internal reporting requests and special projects
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial procedures

• Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance or 2+ years of experience
• Knowledge of internal controls; SOX experience a plus
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
