Our Greater Pottstown, PA area client is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the Accounts Payable team along with other General Ledger responsibilities. The company is growing and looking for someone experienced in a fast-paced environment with active transactional accounting. The role offers a competitive salary, annual bonuses, and excellent benefits. Local candidates with management experience are preferred.

• 5+ years of AP management experience, processing high-volume AP invoices weekly.
• Experience multitasking with aging reports, managing payment batches, and overseeing weekly cash flow.
• Resolving discrepancies between client vendors and the company.
• Ensuring policies and procedures within the AP team are followed.
• Strong accounting background to assist with weekly adjustments and financial transactions.
• Experience with bank and account reconciliations.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Proven management experience with AP Specialists and personal productivity.
• Strong ERP systems knowledge and technical software skills.
• Experience with month-end close and journal entries.
• Effective communication skills with accounting and senior management teams.
