Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed by post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, service areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, observe traffic flow, and assist with visitor and vendor direction and/or badge and key control according to site-specific policies;
Complete security-related reports, logbook entries, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts
