This role is primarily responsible for rebuilding hydrostatic pumps and motors, as well as rebuilding and certifying final drive assemblies.

Job SummaryLocation:
Pennsauken, NJ
- Test and troubleshoot a variety of hydraulic components, including hydrostatic pumps and motors.
- Diagnose and repair hydrostatic assemblies, including pumps, motors, and final drives.
- Perform comprehensive disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of gear pumps and motors.
- Operate and maintain specialized diagnostic tools used for hydraulic and mechanical component testing.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide technical feedback on component performance and/or failures.
- Ability to accurately use and read micrometers.
- Enhance professional growth and development as technology advances.
- Perform related duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing and operations or related education/training.
- Must have basic understanding of hydraulic principles.
- Prior hands-on experience specifically with testing and repairing hydrostatic pumps and motors is preferred.
- Previous experience with testing and repairing drivetrain components is preferred.
- Performs work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow directions.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job duties consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Frequent walking and/or standing is required.
- Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying of parts.
- Ability to work safely and adhere to the Swanson Safety System in daily job duties.
