- Provide enterprise-level HR leadership across employee relations, labor relations, talent, and HR strategy
- Serve as a strategic buffer between the CHRO and Regional HR Directors, ensuring alignment and execution
- Lead employee and labor relations, including union negotiations, CBA administration, and interpretation
- Act as escalation point for complex investigations, compliance issues, and sensitive employee matters
- Partner closely with Legal on risk management, labor strategy, and investigations
- Oversee strategic and executive-level recruiting initiatives
- Build, refine, and scale HR operating models, systems, KPIs, and processes
- Drive consistency and improvement across:
- Performance management
- Succession planning
- Training and leadership development
- Onboarding and full employee lifecycle management
- Support cross-functional initiatives tied to enterprise growth and operational excellence
