Are you a seasoned engineering leader with a passion for manufacturing support and continuous improvement? We are seeking a dynamic Sustaining Engineering Manager to spearhead the ongoing support, optimization, and lifecycle management of our innovative water filtration products. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of engineers and mechanics, collaborating across departments to ensure our manufacturing operations deliver top-tier quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related manufacturing field; experience in plastics or medical device manufacturing is a plus
- 7+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven expertise in sustaining or manufacturing support roles, preferably within electro‑mechanical or consumer goods industries
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and statistical problem‑solving techniques
- Proficiency with 3D modeling software such as Solid Works and interpreting technical drawings
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering change processes (ECOs/ECNs)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands‑on mechanical aptitude, with the ability to quickly resolve complex issues in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with water filtration or related environmental technologies
- Familiarity with supply chain collaboration and component EOL management
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 7 or more years in manufacturing engineering, with leadership experience
- Ability to work in both office and production settings, including occasional physical lifting of up to 40 pounds
- Comfort navigating and repairing manufacturing machinery
- Willingness to support a mixed work environment with daily interaction across production and warehouse
