Senior Accountant | Hybrid | High Visibility | M&A Exposure

This is a high-visibility Senior Accountant role with direct exposure to leadership, process improvement initiatives, and active M&A activity (including a recent $15M acquisition). You will be mentored by exceptional leadership and play a key role in strengthening accounting operations as the company prepares for continued growth.

• Lead key aspects of the month-end close process (journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis)
• Prepare complex reconciliations and support financial statement preparation
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support SOX documentation
• Review intercompany transactions and elimination entries
• Develop and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
• Support annual audit and provide audit documentation
• Drive process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 4+ years of experience
• Public accounting background preferred
• Strong SOX and US GAAP knowledge
• SAP experience a plus (implementation experience highly valued)
• Process improvement mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Construction or percentage-of-completion accounting experience a plus
