Inclusion Sports Performance Training is dedicated to promoting water safety, health, and fun through high-quality aquatic instruction for all kids of all abilities. We pride ourselves on offering a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Swim Instructor to join our team for Summer 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching swimming techniques to children and/or adults, a strong understanding of water safety, and the ability to motivate and connect with students in a positive manner.

We offer private and semi-private lessons for ages 3 years to adult. We are committed to training our staff and giving them the tools they need to be successful. This is a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
