Job Summary

Cook, Grill – Fill the grill station at BOA Hopewell Café, located at  Merrill Lynch Dr, Pennington, NJ 08534. Full‑time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Fixed hourly pay of $18.00.

• Take customer orders and prepare items with short preparation times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously at multiple stations.
• Ensure food temperatures and appearance meet company standards; taste all prepared items.
• Follow ticket‑collection procedures and maintain accurate service records.
• Use approved recipes and production standards for portion control and quality.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays between workstations, stove, and refrigerator safely.
• Store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolve customer concerns and report issues to supervisor.
• Attend in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Perform all duties safely while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a grill cook.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
