This opportunity is part of BeOne’s Contingent Workforce Program in partnership with Magnit Global. As a temporary contractor supporting BeOne Medicines, you will be employed by our contingent talent partner, Magnit Global, who manages BeOne’s contingent and temporary workforce.

• Managing submitted On-The-Job training (OJTs) forms
  • Scan into Veeva
  • Compile into Veeva Binders
  • Ensure proper access is granted to managers
• Processing training items in Compliance Wire
  • Verify curricula in Veeva
  • Update global tracking spreadsheet (per global procedure)
• Processing various training forms submitted by departmental management
  • Review form for completeness including GDP
  • Organize and file forms accordingly by type
• Generating and distributing training metrics
• Assisting with the gowning requalification strategy
• Assisting with the launch of the Train the Trainer Program
• Assisting with the launch of the New Hire Onboarding Program
• Any other duties as needed by the QA Compliance Team

• Extremely detail oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Tracking and reporting (Excel/Smartsheet)
• Compliance Wire or other Learning Management System in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferred
• Veeva Quality Management System, preferred
• Associate’s Degree

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $34.96/hour - $46.61/hour
