10 is currently seeking an IT Delivery Lead with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments and business units.

Manage, lead, and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned as direct reports.

Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the project solution.

Manage project scope, timeline, and budget/expenses.

Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.

Oversee/manage/lead project execution, integration, and implementation.

Perform risk management and mitigation planning.

Manage readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder engagement.

Ensure quality assurance and that all change requirements are satisfied.

Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project.

Serve as a program manager if required on an interim basis.

Represent senior project stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience.

Experience working on agile projects.

Previous project management experience in the financial industry.

Pay Range:

$50.39 - $58.39
