Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager (NJ, TX, GA) to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager (NJ, TX, GA), you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting critical banking and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager (NJ, TX, GA)

Location: Pennington, NJ / Kennesaw, GA / Addison, TX (Onsite required 3 days a week, hybrid work environment)

• Determine and define project scope and objectives to ensure successful delivery
• Track project costs and manage budgets to meet financial targets
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, progress, and adjustments
• Manage vendor contracts and coordinate onboarding of vendor products with internal teams

• Prior experience as a Project Manager within the last 3 years, preferably in banking or financial services
• Experience with Release Management and working with COTS vendors
• Proven PMP certification and Agile methodology experience
• Strong soft skills, including adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent analytical skills and resourcefulness in navigating large organizations
