The LINUX Middleware Engineer will lead end-to-end and administration duties for critical banking platforms, delivering middleware infrastructure for enterprise projects and regulatory initiatives. Ensures production stability, platform remediation, patching and upgrades, mitigating and managing risk.

Designing Middleware infrastructure and topology design for high availability and failover capability. All solutions must meet all Policy, Baseline, and Standards along with business requirements. Providing technical consultation to other team members and their supported areas;
Communicating with business partners at an enterprise level;
Interfacing with internal customers and external vendors for consultation at various points of the software development life cycle (SDLC); and executing production changes for integrated and regulatory releases with precision.

• 5 or more years of experience as a Java/ J2ee Middleware Engineering
• 5 or more Experience with JBOSS ( EAP 7 ) and Apache JBCS product installation, configuration and upgrade.
• Experience with 1 or more of the following Middleware products: web Methods, Appian, Apache, Spring Boot, JBoss, Web Sphere, Web Logic, Tomcat, AMQ broker, Spring boot microservices base framework, Linux Operating System
• Java/Container Framework experience
• Experience with one of the following scripting languages: shell, python, jython,
• Experience with one or more of the following Release Deploy Tools:
  Ansible, Ansible Tower, XLR, Bit Bucket, Celestial
• 5 or more years of experience of Middleware Engineering experience DEVOPS experience Other products: BMC Remedy, Harmon mDeliver, True Sight Blade logic Server Automation.
• Understanding of Network infrastructure (HTTP/S, TCP/IP, TLS,DNS, Load‑balancers, firewalls, proxies, B2B links)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
