Agentforce QA

Genesis
10 is currently seeking an Agentforce QA with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 month contract position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
• 3 years of experience testing sensor-based systems, IoT devices, or other hardware/software integrated products
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce platform testing, including knowledge of Agent Builder, Agent Actions, Topics, and the Agentforce Testing Center
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and best practices for both traditional software and AI/Agent testing
• Proficiency in test automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)

Desired skills:

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification
• Familiarity with data validation and quality checks for high-volume, real-time data streams from sensors
• Experience with testing CRM systems (like Sales Cloud or Service Cloud) that integrate with Agentforce
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools for both physical and cloud-based systems

Pay range: $49.37 - $57.37
