Client Solutions Associates

A top provider of outsourcing, staffing, consulting and workforce solutions within the areas of engineering, finance and accounting, healthcare, human resources, IT, legal, life sciences, manufacturing and logistics, office and administration and sales and marketing.

• Provides service support for all banking account products and service features through inbound calls from Advisory clients, and FAC and MLD clients regarding technical matters.
• Maintains a broad knowledge of the financial industry and an understanding of brokerage product, services and technology.
• Solves problems and investigates/resolves a wide variety of issues and requests, including gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organizations to fulfill the request.
• Adheres to established service level agreements.
• May handle escalated issues by navigating the organization to resolve customer requests.
• Is accountable for the successful resolution of all customer requests.
• After completing the required training curriculum and passing both practical and written assessments, the Associate will assume the Client Solutions position servicing inbound client contacts.

• At least 1 year of call center experience
• Bachelors Degree is required
