Title: Oracle Database Developer

Duration: 12+ months (with possible extension)

We are looking for a Senior Database Developer with a strong foundation in Data Architecture to lead the design, optimization, and scaling of our enterprise data systems. You will be the primary authority on Oracle database development while driving the architectural roadmap for our evolving data landscape. A "nice-to-have " familiarity with Mongo

DB is highly desired as we explore hybrid cloud and document-based storage solutions.

• Database Architecture:
  Design and implement robust, scalable data models (Relational and Document-based) that align with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Oracle Development:
  Write and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. Perform deep-dive performance tuning using SQL Trace, TKPROF, and Explain Plans.
• Data Modeling:
  Create and maintain Logical and Physical data models using tools like ERwin, Toad, or Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler.

  Assist in the strategy and implementation of Mongo
  
  DB for specific high-velocity or unstructured data use cases.

  Design data migration strategies and ETL pipelines to move data between legacy systems, Oracle, and No

• Mentorship:
  Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for development teams regarding database best practices, indexing strategies, and schema design.

• Mastery of Oracle:
  Expert-level knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c, including RAC, Partitioning, and Advanced Security.
• Architectural Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of Data Warehousing (Star/Snowflake schema), ODS design, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Performance Tuning:
  Proven ability to tune highly fragmented or slow-performing databases in high-concurrency environments.
• Data Modeling Tools:
  Proficiency in ER diagrams and architectural documentation.
