Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of features in distributed systems. Own technical design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions. Actively contribute code and perform code reviews to ensure quality and performance. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define and execute delivery plans. Manage and mentor onshore/offshore teams, ensuring alignment and accountability. Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution across environments.
Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsExperience:
Minimum 8 years
- Lead end-to-end delivery of features in distributed systems.
- Own technical design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions.
- Actively contribute code and perform code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define and execute delivery plans.
- Manage and mentor onshore/offshore teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution across environments.
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems, backend development, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in relevant languages (e.g., C#, Javal).
- Proven experience leading feature delivery and managing global teams.
- Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Skills:
- Experience with Red Hat Open Shift and containerization.
- Strong knowledge in Data Engineering and ETL pipelines.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and database performance tuning.
- Experience with Linux and Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with UI technologies, especially React
JS. Exposure to Agile, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices.
