Software Engineer with Event Management for a Contract job with a client in Pennington, NJ/Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX- ( 3 days onsite in a week)- Hybrid (3 days on site in a Week).
Pay: $70-73/hour – All Inclusive; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Visualization/UX Engineer who is passionate about delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fundamentals with a keen eye for design, enabling the creation of dashboards and workflows that drive adoption of Service Now and AIOps platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement user-centric dashboards and visualization solutions for operational and event data across ITSM and monitoring platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
- Integrate visualization components into Service Now and AIOps workflows, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Develop and optimize front-end solutions using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
- Analyse user interaction patterns and continuously improve usability and accessibility of dashboards and portals.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and performance in visualization layers.
- Create and maintain documentation for visualization standards, design patterns, and integration points.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for enterprise applications.
- Experience designing dashboards and visualization solutions for IT operations or similar domains.
- Familiarity with Service Now platform and AIOps concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to event management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar).
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and operational workflows.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
