QA Specialist

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a QA Specialist with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

• Conduct end-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC
• Execute test scripts based upon test strategy/plans in an effort to identify defects prior to production
• Production Certification which requires manual/automated scripts be executed to certify production health and/or identify post-production defects

• Manual and Automation testing and thorough knowledge around STLC and testing methodologies
• Strong web services testing
• Selenium
• Experience consuming REST API using async methods in partnership with back end development teams
• Expert in user interface development, engineering cross-browser, cross device compliant code
• Able to write high quality scripts and execute test cases
• Clear communication, both written and spoken, across teams and during user experience reviews
• Ability to work in a team
• Driven to learn new technologies and is a personally motivated self-starter

Pay Range: $49.37-$57.37
