Agile Scrum Master

10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract-to-hire position.

• Lead team meetings for planning, execution and reviews
• Organize and source info from Jira for reporting, track dependences across teams
• Liaise across tech leads and PMs to gather info and prepare periodic reports containing RAG status, business objective, deliverables, progress to date, risks/issues, milestones tracking, dependences and planned vs. actual funding
• Work with tech leads and PMs of Initiatives on the yearly strategic planning throughout its process
• Gather and produce ad-hoc project info to up management & horizontal teams
• Track to closure audit issues and applications re-certification
• Plan and execute until successful delivery

• 10 years' of experience working across technical and project management teams, liaising with team leaders, up & horizontal layers
• Experience in Agile Scrum & Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Suite
• Passion for problem solving, contributing to break complex topics into actionable solutions
• Ability to work independently

• Tech-related education
• Business knowledge in Trading & Risk activities

$68.38 - $76.38
