Job OverviewAs a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on assistance, guidance, and mentorship to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. You will play a key role in helping residents develop daily living skills, independence, and confidence while creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities including cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, hygiene, and personal medical care
- Support residents in learning coping strategies, social skills, and friendship building
- Encourage participation in recreational and community activities
- Promote healthy living and independence
- Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship in a respectful and empowering manner
- No experience required – paid training provided!

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass State and Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
- Complete all required orientation and pre-service training
