Location: Pennington, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly

Compensation: $90–$110k+ annually, depending on experience

• Provide daily management and supervision of services at the assigned center
• Utilize a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development; foster team dynamics and efficient facility functions
• Engage with the organization and community to grow the business
• Manage staff and finances of the outpatient center; identify key performance indicators and influence them
• Communicate with Regional Director on an ongoing basis and provide clinical and operational performance updates
• Successfully complete mandatory educational requirements for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Hold current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting, with supervisory experience preferred
