This is a full-time on-site role for a Universal Banker located in Pennington, NJ. The Universal Banker will assist customers by handling cash transactions, processing deposits, and withdrawals, as well as maintaining thorough knowledge of the bank’s products and services. They will provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and offering tailored financial solutions. Additionally, this role will include opening accounts, processing loan applications, and promoting the bank's services and offerings.

• Experience with Deposits, Cash Handling, and Loans-related processes
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Proficiency in using banking software and digital tools
• Problem-solving skills and ability to support customers with solutions
• High school diploma or GED; additional banking certifications or coursework is a plus
