Training Location: 1400 Brokerage DR.,Pennington NJ
Work Arrangement: Onsite 5 days/week during the first week of training (Hybrid schedule after training (3 days onsite / 2 days remote))
Pay Rate: $212.28/hour (W2, paid weekly)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

TheOperations Specialist III will support theWealth Management Operations (WMO) team, which provides end-to-end operational support to Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients. This team plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing the onboarding, maintenance, and operational support of client accounts.
Within WMO, theOnboarding & Maintenance Support teams manage both manual and automated processes to gather and maintain essential client information, including legal names, addresses, product details, beneficiaries, and other account attributes required for accurate account setup and management.
This role will specifically support theLoan Management Account (LMA) Operations Team , ensuring that all documentation, due diligence, and regulatory requirements are met prior to approving account requests submitted by the Brokerage front office. The team also ensures accounts are activated properly so clients can access products and services without delays.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with financial advisors and internal partners while delivering high-quality operational support.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform onboarding and maintenance activities for client accounts in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Review and validate account documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
-Support the Loan Management Account (LMA) Operations team in processing account setup, modifications, and closures.
-Conduct research and follow-up to resolve routine account maintenance requests.
-Respond to client inquiries through multiple communication channels to support operational efficiency and service quality.
-Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Bankers to resolve operational issues and ensure client needs are met.
-Identify potential risks or discrepancies in operational processes and escalate concerns appropriately.
-Prepare and review required client documentation and correspondence.
-Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within operational systems.
-Provide high-quality operational support to internal business partners and external clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Bankers to resolve operational issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, includingWord, Outlook, and Excel .
- 1+ years of experience inWealth Management Operations or financial services operations.
-Familiarity with internal operations procedures and external branch processes.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation review.
- Experience with account management and client servicing.
-Ability to conduct operational research and resolve account-related issues efficiently.
