This is a full-time on-site role for a Universal Banker, based in Pennington, NJ. The Universal Banker will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their financial needs, including processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Additional responsibilities include educating customers about bank products and services, resolving inquiries, and promoting banking solutions that meet their financial objectives. The Universal Banker will also ensure compliance with bank policies and maintain the accuracy of all transactions while contributing to the overall success of the branch team.
Qualifications- Experience in Deposits, Cash Handling, and processing transactions with attention to accuracy
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Knowledge of Loans and lending processes is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using banking software and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in banking or finance is a plus
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or retail customer service is advantageous
