Through a contact center environment, Financial Solutions Advisors (FSAs) leverage the Bank of America and Merrill offering model and collaborate with business partners to deliver the full power of the Enterprise by providing advice to help clients achieve their financial goals; solutions include investment, banking, and lending. FSAs set clear expectations to ensure a smooth transition and continuation of the Bank of America/Merrill relationship.
ResponsibilitiesDuring the initial training period, learn the foundational skills needed to be an advisor and understand how to leverage the Bank of America and Merrill offering model in a contact center environment.
Provide advice to help clients achieve their financial goals, delivering solutions that include investment, banking, and lending.
Set clear expectations to create a smooth transition and continuation of client relationships across Bank of America and Merrill.

Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to available solutions.
Series 7, and 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days).
Comfortable in a sales role with the ability to nurture strong client relationships.
Clear, confident communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work productively with others.
Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn on the go, adapt to new information, and identify the right solutions for clients.
Efficient time and capacity management.
Thoroughness in incorporating regulatory due diligence into daily tasks and long-term client strategies.
A bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience in financial services or a metrics-based sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
Experience assessing client needs, identifying and recommending solutions, and building/managing client relationships.
Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.

Pay Transparency detailsUS - NJ - Pennington - 1400 American Blvd - Hopewell Bldg 4 (NJ2140). Pay range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 annualized salary. Offers determined by experience, education and skill set. Formulaic incentive eligible. Role may participate in a formulaic incentive plan; incentives are based on performance per business plan provisions. Benefits are available and designed to support employees in making a genuine impact and contributing to sustainable growth.
