Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sectors, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant (Level III) - Pennington, NJ to join their dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant (Level III) - Pennington, NJ, you will be an integral part of the Administrative Support Department, providing essential support to senior management and ensuring smooth daily operations. Pay Range:$23.70 per hour on W2
What's the Job?- Manage complex calendars for senior executives, coordinating meetings, travel, and accommodations efficiently.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence tailored for executive-level audiences.
- Organize and support recurring meetings such as town halls, skip-levels, and All Hands sessions to foster effective communication.
- Assist with planning and logistics for in-person meetings and off-site events to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information and communications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive management, preferably in technology or financial services environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
