Job Description

Honeywell is looking for a Service Contract Manager for our HPS LSS (Honeywell Process Solution) division based in Sesto S. Giovanni managing southern Italy, Malta and Greece.

As a Service Contract Manager you will be the main Honeywell focal contact for LSS Service Contract Customers, overseeing Maintenance Agreements to ensure contract fulfilment, timely renewal and managing contracts financials while coordinating with internal teams like LSS LOB, Sales, Leadership, and other support functions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned customers, their objectives, and their challenges, while identifying the most suitable Honeywell solutions and building strong relationships with both customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Foster trusted partnerships to uncover growth opportunities, manage daily customer needs, resolve issues effectively, and accelerate non‑contractual matters to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure compliance with global quality processes, maintain accurate CRM and enterprise system data, coordinate with Field Service Engineers, and lead regular on‑site contract review meetings.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance contracts—including renewals, financial forecasting, and reporting—while supporting cross‑SBU opportunities and promoting Honeywell’s HSE culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Administrative or technical; OR Honeywell Process Solutions /LSS Experience
  • Solid expertise in Honeywell Distributed Control Systems and strong knowledge of the HPS/LSS product portfolio.
  • Proven experience in client scope execution, contract negotiation, and achieving business results.
  • Strong customer‑facing capabilities, including relationship building, problem‑solving, and a “Voice of the Customer” mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high attention to detail, coupled with prompt responses, proactive approach and alert approach to daily responsibilities. Shows eagerness to learn, adapt quickly with internal processes including administrative contracts management tasks, and contribute positively to a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Highly organized and commercially aware, with the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrates a strong growth mindset and the capacity to rapidly develop financial acumen while embracing new challenges and continuous learning.
  • Availability to travel >30% (Italy, Malta, Greece)
