General DescriptionUnder the direction of the Regional Field Manager, this role is responsible for maximizing BeOne's products in the served territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM) implements the business strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget.
Area of ResponsibilityCampania, Puglia, Molise, Basilicata.
Essential Functions- Build a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and products in the oncology market.
- Develop long‑lasting relationships based on value addition to key stakeholders of the assigned territory.
- Responsible for regional sales, company reputation, access goals and qualitative performance parameters.
- Develop, implement and execute commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key customers (HCPs and HCOs).
- Organize and execute local symposia and workshops with key customers.
- Gather insights and analyze available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level.
- Participate in local, national and international meetings and symposia.
- Ensure compliance to maintain the highest standards of patient‑focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
- Consistently operate in accordance with BeOne’s Standards of conduct and applicable local laws and regulations.
- Life science degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Specific knowledge in hematology‑oncology.
- Experience as a commercial representative in the oncology market (lung and gastric cancer desirable).
- Good knowledge of local KOLs and key HCOs.
- Strong identification with BeOne’s values and loyalty to the company.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
- Demonstrated success in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
