• Independently develop and onboard B2B clients for new energy products through multiple channels, including direct outreach and collaboration with industry distributors
• Drive regional business growth from 0 to 1 in central Italy/south Italy, with willingness to travel across Italy
• Manage key accounts, respond to client needs, and deliver tailored energy solutions in coordination with technical teams
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategy and improve customer satisfaction
• Other work assigned by the leadership

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred
• At least 1 year of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics
