As an Area Sales Executive your main focus will be to achieve best point of sale volumes and placements. In order to reach the defined sales targets, you will be in charge of managing and organizing territories and clients to ensure integration with all headquarter business initiatives and Functions. In this role you will be directly reporting to the Field Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for implementing Ferrero Building Blocks in all NKA and LKA stores in the assigned territory
  • Manages and organizes the assigned territories, stores and clients in order to reach the defined sales targets.
  • Follow the set routing plan and procedure of visit in the Point of Sales (POS).
  • Control Merchandiser Agency performance and verify that products are available, properly placed, prices are visible, advertising materials are in the right place, time and quantity, if not - ensure the required visibility.
  • Improves, monitors and reports in-store execution level with Sales Force Automation tools and MyPS program.
  • Set and monitor Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with special focus to freshness control & stock management
  • Maximizes Ferrero products sellout in the stores assigned, obtains the best visibility spots and placements on-shelf, out-of-shelf and at check-out.
  • Regular store checks to identify store based marketing attributes, Regularly fulfill and analyze POSCard and take actions to increase the Ferrero category share in POS.
  • Ensures customer contract and activities implementation, support in-store implementation of customer and categories development strategies, monitors and manages product quality and freshness.
  • Ensures the integration with all headquarter business initiatives and functions, provides insights to support customer strategies definition.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably +2 years of experience in field sales
  • Fluency both in English and Turkish
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets
  • Knowledge of MS office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Driving license
