Overview

Account Manager, Senior - Technology & Innovation  will inspire and empower organizations by sharing the transformative potential of Infor’s digital business platform and engage with existing customers and new industry partners to champion AI/ML Augmented Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic, Enterprise Automation, Process Mining, Enterprise Integration, and Data Management.

Responsibilities
  • Build Meaningful Relationships:
    Nurture strong, trust-based connections with regional Infor sales teams and customers by understanding their challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate Creatively:
    Partner with marketing and business development to design thoughtful marketing plans tailored to your industry accounts.
  • Discover and Solve:
    Listen carefully to uncover prospects’ business needs and align those with smart, innovative business platform solutions.
  • Lead with Confidence:
    Prepare and deliver engaging C-suite presentations that focus on transformational outcomes and the client’s vision.
  • Encourage Fresh Perspectives:
    Inspire clients to rethink their business with innovation strategies grounded in clear ROI and cost-benefit insights.
  • Stay Informed and Ahead:
    Keep your industry knowledge sharp by participating in user groups and monitoring competitive offerings.
  • Work Together Across Teams:
    Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Pre-sales, and Solution Consulting to ensure smooth and client-centered solutions.
  • Negotiate with Integrity:
    Guide pricing and agreements toward mutually beneficial outcomes to successfully close deals.
  • Stay Organized:
    Keep account information and activities up to date in internal systems and communicate forecasted revenue clearly with your sales leadership.
Qualifications
  • A passion for thriving in dynamic, start-up or incubated environments.
  • A solid understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Hyper Automation, Enterprise Integration, and Data Management.
  • The ability to translate complex technology into tangible business value and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with business operations such as supply chain management, inventory optimization, and sales forecasting.
  • A track record of success in a multi-product, collaborative team selling environment.
  • Creativity paired with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with a natural sense of urgency.
  • Confidence and grace in building and nurturing executive-level relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas of $1M+.
  • Comfort managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • A hunter’s spirit for identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Deep competitive and industry knowledge (Preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred).
  • Proven experience in solution selling (Preferred).
  • Travel:
    Up to 50% travel to connect with clients and teams.
  • Industry: Cross-vertical, with opportunity to explore diverse sectors.
