Sales Manager (all gender) EP Energy Italy
Energy Storage Sales Manager (m/f/d) will lead the expansion of EP Energy’s presence in Italy, building a nationwide dealer network. The role focuses on recruiting and supporting implementation partners who handle ESS systems and infrastructure installations at customer sites. You will identify and engage local and national partners that can deliver EP Energy’s ESS solutions and integrate them into the broader energy ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and grow a network of trusted dealer partners across Italy.
- Support and collaborate with these dealers to ensure successful implementation of EP Energy’s energy storage and charging solutions at customer locations.
- Educate partners on the value and benefits of our ESS solutions, ensuring they understand how to position them effectively in the market.
- Ensure dealers are equipped to manage the full implementation process, including integration of ESS infrastructure.
- Monitor dealer performance and help maximize sales potential.
Your Profile

- Ability to contribute individually and work within a strong team culture.
- Excellent written, presentation, and demonstration skills (English and Italian).
- High negotiation skills with respectful communication.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; knowledge of Hub Spot is an advantage.
- Driving license and willingness to travel within Italy.
- Experience in transport and logistics coordination highly desirable, but not required.
