Your responsibilities and tasks
To accelerate the growth of the Service Business Unit in the LAM region, we are seeking a dedicated Service Account Manager (SAM) with strong technical and commercial capabilities. This role is critical to unlocking market potential and driving service sales to very ambitious target, following a structured onboarding period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow service revenues across the LAM region.
- Promote and sell complex service offerings including Upgrades, Retrofitting, Digital Packages, Obsolescence Solutions, and Spare Parts Kits.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Subsidiary teams to enhance service visibility, reputation, and credibility at customer sites.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, technical consultations, and value-driven proposals.
- Provide market feedback and insights to support service portfolio development and innovation.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with the following qualifications and competencies:
- Educational Background:
Minimum of a technical high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. - Technical Expertise:
Solid technical foundation, ideally within industrial or food processing technologies. - Sales
Experience:
Proven track record in service sales, with the ability to position and sell complex service solutions. - Language
Skills:
Proficient in Italian, English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. - International Exposure:
Demonstrated experience working in international markets and multicultural environments. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Empathetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented, with strong communication and relationship building capabilities. - Goal Orientation:
Capable of working independently and achieving objectives within defined timelines.
