Proposal Manager Associate

Location: Town of Italy

**** Main activities
*** Interact directly with different figures in the company (both site specific and global) at different level (SMEs and executives) with cross functional competences (from technical to commercial, finance and legal) to
** coordinate the retrieval of information needed to generate the proposal,
** within specific deadlines**.**
* ** Defend the proposal
** in meetings with Clients and Prospects.
* ** Support the general sales process
** in meetings with clients and prospects by participating to meetings and providing relevant information.
* ** Maintain efficient interaction
** with other Business Development Global team figures (Representatives, Marketing and Business Intelligence).
* ** Be an active member of our Global Business Development Operations team
** to support the global team goals and activities.
* ** Presentation and Collaboration**:
They create and deliver presentations to supervisors and shareholders.
* ** Participate to events
** and congresses to support scouting and prospecting.
** Requirements
* ** Scientific master degree (or higher).
* Proficient in English.
* Experience in Cell and Gene therapy field.
* Propensity for business interaction with external and internal clients/prospects and teamwork.
