R-Per i negozi VF in Fidenza (PR) siamo alla ricerca di addetti/e vendita disabili part-time 21 ore settimanali iscritti/e al collocamento mirato Legge 68/99.Le principali mansioni saranno:
• Assistenza alla vendita avvalendosi della formazione ricevuta (prodotti, servizio al cliente)
• Occuparsi dell’assortimento giornaliero del negozio, verificando l’adeguata copertura di taglie e modelli.
• Verifica costante che tutta le merce in spazio vendita sia fornita di antitaccheggio
• Organizzare layout e visual del negozio secondo le linee aziendali
• Organizzare lo stock in magazzino mantenendo il locale sistemato e pulito
• Curare la movimentazione giornaliera della merce sia in entrata che in uscita
• Reportistica alla sede
• Aggiornamento prezzatura merce (saldi e promozioni)
• Gestione di resi ed inventari secondo le procedure aziendaliRequisiti
• essere in possesso di un verbale di invalidità con relazione conclusiva che permetta l'attività di addetto vendite
• buone capacità relazionali: predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, proattività, spirito di intraprendenza, entusiasmo e voglia di mettersi alla prova, spirito di collaborazione
• problem solving: persona spigliata che possa essere in grado di lavorare in autonomia, capacità di autogestire le priorità e l’organizzazione del punto vendita
