The research aims to seize emerging innovation opportunities for the construction sector in order to address the future social, economic, and environmental challenges of the market. The candidate will be involved in a broad and comprehensive research program, initiated at the Index Lab of the Lecco Campus of the Politecnico di Milano, to understand how automation, robotics, and advanced production tools can be realistically applied to current design and construction processes, overcoming existing barriers.

The 12-month activity includes supporting the design and development of innovative solutions to be tested in real-world contexts.

Oral test aimed at ascertaining candidates’ aptitude and suitability to carry out the activity covered by the contract, as well as at assessing their knowledge of English and/or other languages relevant to the activities to be performed (up to 25 points)

Relevance and pertinence of the enclosed publications to the activity covered by the contract (up to 30 points)

Relevance and pertinence of previous research activities, previous collaborations to educational and third mission activities and work experience, if any, in relation to the activity covered by the contract (up to 30 points)

Relevance and pertinence of their study programme to the activities covered by the contract (up to 15 points)
