From a scientific point of view, the selected
candidate is required to conduct research in the field of Business Law – GIUR/02A – in
the stream of research on business crisis law, in view of scientific publications both at
national and international level. In particular, in addition to traditional commercial law
issues, the selected candidate will deal with new aspects related to corporate crisis and
insolvency law, ranging from extrajudicial and judicial crisis resolution tools to
liquidation and preservation proceedings
