The planned activities will include the use of integrated approaches in molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, and RNA analysis, as well as the use of advanced cellular models, including three-dimensional cultures and patient‑derived organoids, and the analysis of data derived from “omics” techniques (such as RNA‑seq, RIBO‑seq, and proteomics).
