The research activity focuses on the study of sustainability and circular economy models in production systems, with particular reference to agri-food supply chains, the valorization of by-products, and the integration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into corporate strategies and Total Quality Management systems, also in relation to the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.
The activity involves bibliometric and empirical analyses, studies on consumer behavior, traceability, and information transparency, as well as the development of interpretative frameworks and tools to support managerial decisions, aimed at producing scientific results and participating in research projects.
