Marketing & Communications Manager, Southern Europe, Motion Services Division Italy

As Marketing & Communications Manager for ABB Motion Service, you drive regional activation of the global strategy, aligning campaigns, launches, PR, events, and internal comms with local needs. You partner with regional leadership and global CoEs to deliver coherent brand messaging, demand generation, and digital activation. You manage regional events, media relations, and stakeholder engagement to amplify uptime and efficiency narratives.

This role blends hands‑on execution with strategic leadership to shape regional growth and brand impact.

• Act as the primary marketing & communications advisor to regional leadership and collaborate with global teams and Co Es
• Lead and execute regional marketing and communications in line with the global strategy while adapting to regional needs
• Coordinate with CoEs for tactical execution, asset development, translations, and digital channel activation
• Plan and coordinate campaign activations, demand generation, and division‑related product launches with local relevance
• Manage division‑related PR activities focusing on trade media and alignment with global messaging
• Plan and oversee division‑related events, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement activities
• Support regional leadership with division internal communications, including announcements
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and communications activities
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in B2B environments
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural, multi-country teams
• Hands‑on execution ability combined with a strategic mindset
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in brand management, demand generation, digital channels, and media relations
• Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize activities
• Fluent English; other regional languages an advantage
