** with a strong track record in the industry and an already established network of relationships within major insurance groups.

You will drive new business initiatives, expand our footprint across top-tier insurers and collaborate with our delivery and solution teams to shape high‑value transformation programs. Your existing network will be essential in identifying opportunities, opening doors and building long-standing strategic relationships.
** Responsibilities:
*** Leverage your existing network of C‑level in large insurance companies to generate new business opportunities.
* Build and nurture trusted relationships with executives across IT and Business.
* Work with internal teams to craft tailored proposals, value propositions and RFP responses.
* Lead new opportunity pipelines:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
* Drive the full origination cycle: generate opportunities that drive sales acceptance
* Strategic market analysis: analyze industry and competitive trends to proactively identify prospects.
** Requirement:
*** Established network of relationships within major insurance groups
* Significant experience and solid insurance industry background. Proven success in building qualified new business pipeline.
* Track record in pipeline conversion in sold contracts
* Negotiation & deal structuring: strong commercial instinct and hunting attitude.
