Being part of the marketing dept. theCRM Specialist,works closely with Marketing,Sales and ITteams.
Working in the CRM Team, the CRM Specialist will support the CRM Manager with activities related to data integrity and data check but also system functionalities.
He/She will also help with training in the Organization, supporting the adoption of the system and sharing the global strategy to the users.
- LEADS & WEB LEAD PROCESS: Monitoring the Exhibition Leads process and the KPIs on Exhibitions performances; supporting distributors in the correct management of data with the constantly review of the data creating report and Dashboard for specific Trade Shows and analys the global management of the Exhibitions leads.
- VISIT REPORTS:Support in the implementation of the corporate processes and in the set-up of the dashboards for local data monitoring to create dashboars for HQ Management and monitoring the quality of the data.
- USERS SUPPORT AND ADOPTION IMPROVEMENTS:Assisting users in daily troubleshooting improving new ideas, strategies , supporting users with trainings, keeping updated the training 's documentation in Sharepoint.

A key part of the CRM specialist's job is the analysis and management of the data. Knowledge of the path that transforms a stranger into a lead to a loyal customer, visualised as a funnel, is crucial because the CRM platform must be structured and configured to reflect the funnel.
A university degree in marketing, economics, as well as IT and previous experience in the field is preferable.
Key skills for the CRM specialist- knowledge of the suites MS Office, in particular Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM platform
- ability to devise CRM solutions, automations and analyses
- competence in data mining and interrogation and ability to identify trends and patterns from data
- ability in CRM segmentationability to integrate CRM software with existing solutions
- CRM-related technical problem solving
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- creation of reports and strategic proposals
