Senior Power BI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise‑grade analytics and reporting solutions built on the Azure Data Platform (Power BI, Databricks, ADF, Azure Functions, Dev Ops).

• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance Power BI datasets and reports using Databricks (Gold layer) and SQL-based metadata.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient, maintainable Power BI solutions.
• Optimize large-scale data models and refresh pipelines through incremental refresh, partitioning, and query folding.
• Maintain and enhance ADF pipelines, Azure Functions, and YAML-based CI/CD processes in Azure Dev Ops to support automated testing and deployment.
• Ensure data quality, security (RLS), and governance across the Power BI ecosystem.
• Work collaboratively within a cross‑functional team, actively contributing to shared goals and supporting peers in solving technical and analytical challenges.

• 5+ years of professional experience in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning, visualization).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure Dev Ops (YAML pipelines).
• Excellent SQL skills and understanding of metadata‑driven modeling.
• Proven ability to work across business and technical teams, supporting requirement definition and solution design.
• Experience with Databricks and PySpark is a significant advantage and will help in integrating reporting with upstream data transformations.
