• L’efficience des interventions est garantie (moyens mis en œuvre, coût des services informatiques, utilisation adaptée des hotlines et supports),
• Les documents techniques et d’exploitation sont conformes et actualisés (gestion du parc, listes des matériels et software, fichiers sources, sauvegardes, supports de formation …)
• Le plan de maintenance des équipements est défini et est respecté
