As a Senior Scrum MasterAs a Senior Scrum Master
, you will play a key role in driving Agile adoption and ensuring the effective delivery of complex IT projects. You will act as a facilitator and servant leader for one or more Agile teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders, you will ensure Scrum principles are properly applied and continuously improved to maximize value delivery.
missions
- Coach and support Agile teams in adopting and continuously improving Scrum practices
- Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
- Promote Agile values and principles across teams and stakeholders
- Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement through metrics and feedback
- Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization
- Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment
- Act as a key point of contact between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory
- Fluent English is required (international context)
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders at different levels
- Experience working in international and distributed teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills
