K2 Partnering Solutions is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join the delivery team.
The role is strongly delivery-focused, supporting clients in the search and selection of IT professionals and managing the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end.
The ideal candidate is a delivery expert, used to working closely with Sales, under pressure, and in fast-paced consulting or agency environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end PERM recruiting process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboarding
- Partner closely with K2 Sales Associates to support active clients and new opportunities
- Conduct candidate interviews (technical & behavioral) and in-depth market research
- Deliver consistent recruiting output aligned with business targets: 5 CVs per week --> 20 CVs per month
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in K2 CRM system
- Proactively identify recruiting bottlenecks and propose solutions
- 2–6+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter (PERM), open also to more senior profiles
- Background in consulting firms, recruitment agencies or staffing companies
- Proven experience working in delivery-focused environments
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams, supporting client development and deal execution
- Previous quota-based experience is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of the IT market and technology roles
- Strong autonomy and ownership mindset
