Your role

We are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in managing personnel administration processes in compliance with legal, fiscal, and organizational requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all activities related to HR administrative compliance, time management, and pension fund processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and supporting cross-functional teams.

responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of all administrative requirements with social security and labor authorities (e.g., INPS, INAIL, Agenzia delle Entrate).
  • Oversee time management processes, including tracking of attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to pension funds and complementary welfare schemes, acting as a point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external providers.
  • Apply up-to-date knowledge of contribution regulations (e.g., INPS contributions, TFR, CU, 770) and ensure correct payroll data alignment.
  • Support the application and compliance with fiscal legislation.
  • Use and maintain HR data within the SAP HCM system (nice to have), ensuring data quality and alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
Main requirements
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in HR Administration / Personnel Administration roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Fluency in Italian and working knowledge of English.
